It would be my dream to have such a corner with a big armchair at home.

B&W 2013 (19) - Cat

Cats are such great subject of photography. They generally stay quite still and won’t blink. Able to allow me to go really near on my 50mm lens.

B&W 2013 (17) - Puzzles

Are we still trying to sort out lives? The important part of solving a puzzle is to form the frame. Once we know what is framing our lives, everything else will just be bits and pieces that falls in place eventually.

B&W 2013 (15) - Baby Joash

Looking at a friend’s newborn, suddenly I was thinking it would be good to have a baby at home again. Am I crazy?

B&W 2013 (12) - Forgetful

It used to be age that is determining the fading of memories. But now, more than often, it is our busyness that is causing us to be more forgetful than ever.

Don’t be too busy and ignore one of the most important possession in life, FRIENDS!

B&W 2013 (10) - HK MTR

After a trip to HK, I think we have quite a number of things we can learn from one another. One area for sure we can step up a bit is the MTR v MRT scenario.

B&W 2013 (9) - Boat

I’m not a lover of the sea. I hate sea-sickness. But for some strange reasons, I have a special liking for junk boats like the one you see in the photo. Took this photo last week when we were in Hong Kong. The contrast of seeing a junk boat with all the skyscrapers as background is simply amazing.

B&W 2013 (8) - Artist Wall

I’m totally amazed at the different and astonishing art works I find all over Singapore. This is actually a huge piece of wall located along Mosque Street. I was instantly captivated by the size and also the contrast of a “china ware” design located on a “muslim road”.

The beauty of contrast!

B&W 2013 (7) - Different but Same

Took this photo during our CNY reunion dinner. It just dawned upon me that even within family we may be so different from one another but we are still the same. No matter how busy we are in lives, we will still remain connected because we are family.

B&W 2013 (6) - Light of the World

Night scene in black and white seems a whole lot different. The light seems more obvious.

No matter how dark the night is, light will always overcome and shine forth.

B&W 2013 (3) - Commitment

Attended the first wedding for this year, and tho it was a simple affair, I was once again reminded of the commitment I have made to my wife. We made decisions at certain moments that will change our lives, but it has to be constant commitments that we need to keep that will sustain those decisions.
